Hayden Damelincourt
Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of myKickStrt and a board member of the Entrepreneurship Club at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, I am dedicated to sparking curiosity and shaping the future of my fellow students. Currently, I work as a consultant at SailPlan, a data company focused on optimizing sustainability and performance in the maritime industry. In this role, I analyze data and collaborate with cruise ship operators and government entities. I am also a semi-professional soccer player, representing a team based in Coral Springs. I have a passion for helping others, aligning closely with the mission of myKickStrt. I plan to utilize my leadership abilities, data analysis skills, and finance expertise to help expand myKickStrt and provide meaningful opportunities to all who seek our assistance.
Aidan Tau
Chief Operating Officer
As a co-founder and the Vice President of the Entrepreneurship Club, as well as the President of many other clubs at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, I have been a constant innovator in providing opportunities for students who share similar interests with me. In life, I always strive to help people, which is exactly what we are doing here at myKickStrt. I will use my experience running and managing teams and operations in order to streamline the development and running of our company. I plan on pursuing college and post-graduate education in either the legal field, or the medical field. I am ecstatic to continue developing this amazing idea and bringing it to the fingertips of students around the country.

As a co-founder and the president of the Entrepreneurship Club at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, I am always seeking new opportunities. I strive to provide mentorship and learning opportunities to students seeking professional development. I am proficient in Entrepreneurship: taking classes at Broward College involving business and entrepreneurship. I am currently in the Academy of Finance at Marjory Stoneman Douglas and I wish to pursue my education at the University of Florida at the Warrington College of Business.

As one of the first people brought into myKickStrt, and a member of the Entrepreneurship Club at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, I am always on the hunt for new adventures. I have a been a pinnacle in my community with leading events and catering to my peers wishes and desires. I am a representative in most clubs, allowing me to breakdown and represent my own demographic to the tee. I will be using my event planning skills and plethora of knowledge to take myKickStrt to the next level, making waves in the future of not only education but also generations.

November 2023
The Club That Started It All
At the beginning of the school year as a junior, wanting to initiate an entrepreneurship discussion space, we started an Entrepreneurship Club to bring fellow business owners to educate us about the profession.
September 2024
The Opportunity Of A Life Time
One guest entrepreneur came into our meeting and gave us the motivation, inspiration, and encouragement to pursue a business. Then, he offered a $5,000 investment that left us all in shock.
October 2024
An Idea To Change The World
Within the next week, filled with motivation and determination, we had a spark in our mind about a transformative business. myKickStrt was developed and we have not turned back since.

Building And Launching Our Website
For the development of myKickStrt, we created a digital marketplace where students can reach plentiful opportunities that involve jobs, internships, and community service. myKickStrt is transforming the space of student connections.

Contracts with Local School Districts
As myKickStrt continues to grow, we strive to create an agreement with school districts in our area to embed our website on their school website and their Clever homepage to have our website at the fingertips of every student.
May 2025
Contracts with Private Schools Throughout South Florida
As we continue to build our student base and more schools access our website, we will not leave private schools out. Our values align with those of many private schools who stress college-preparedness, so myKickStrt is the perfect fit for them and their students.
November 2025
Statewide Expansion
Once every school district in our area is accessing our website, we plan to have myKickStrt in every single school and school district in Florida. The entirety of Florida high schoolers will have access to a vast plethora of resume building opportunities for students throughout the state.
January 2026
National Outreach
Quickly, myKickStrt will be throughout every school in the entire country and the disparity gap will be fully closed. This is the first step to creating equal access for students and opportunities throughout the United States.
